Oak Hill Christian Church

Organization By-Laws

The purpose of this organization is to glorify God, to convert sinners and to edify the saints.

This congregation accepts the Bible as the Word of God and the New Testament as the constitution of the Church. All conduct of the organization shall be governed thereby.

Statement of Faith

We believe in one God--Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We believe in God the Father, Creator of all things visible and invisible.

We believe in Jesus Christ, the one and only Son of God, the one and only Savior.

We believe in the Holy Spirit.

The Bible

We believe in the Bible--God's Holy Word.

We believe God inspired the original writings of the Old and New Testament without error and, that today, the New Testament is God's authoritative message for Christians. The New Testament is the final authority for all matters of faith, truth, morality, and Christian living. God is the creator and Sustainer of human life and each person is created in His image. Each person is created as male or female and each person's biological gender is a basis, undeniable aspect of his or her nature and identity. Marriage is an exclusive relationship between one man and one woman.
